Browsing users use case

Description

In many situations, it is necessary to pick a user of the system. Since there may be many of them (think thousands), it is critical that they can be filtered, sorted, grouped and searched effectively.

Here are a few example user filters:

• All Registered users
• All System administrators.
• Users that belong to none of the Organizations' Organization team.
• Organization team members for a specific Organization.
• Organization team members for a specific Organization that belong to none of it's Sites' Site team.
• Site team members for a specific Site

Other filters that may be used together with the above

• filter that shows only users with login name, surname or family name starting with specified character (A,B...Z,0-9,*)
• quick search filter that shows only users whose personal data conatins specified substring in any of it's fields
