Clipboard provides a commonly understood mechanism for moving resources around.
Different clipboard operations may be available on the selected resource, depending on the users's Privileges, and the current contents of the clipboard (each Resource Class has specific requirements with respect to the location where they can be pasted).
All clipboard operations are:
- copy
- cut
- paste
- clear clipboard
Paste option should give a visual cue if the operation will copy or cut/move original resource.
Incompatibilty between clipboard content and the selected resource (paste location) should be properly signalled to the user.
