Creating a site use case

Description

While crating a Site the following information needs to be entered by the System administrator

• site identifier (unique across all sites created in the sytstem)
• owner Organization picked from a list
• site primary Domain name
• user to be appointed to Site administrator role picked from a list of Organization team members.

The necessary information is passed between Organization administrator and System administrator outside the bounds of the system. If need arises, a facility for filing and processing site creation requests may be added to the system.
