- Invited - user invited to organization, user has to accept invitation.
- Banned - user banned from organization, cannot apply or by invited unless he's banned
- Other - user that does not belongs to above categories.
- All - all users in system (it gather users from all above categories)
Managing security in your organization
The security in Cyklotron2 is based on Worgroups and Privileges.
Workgroups group some privileges and make it easier to administrate organization security.
So you can assign directly privilege to specified user (which is not recommended) or
assign user to workgroup with appropriate set of privileges (strongly recommended)
By default there are 3 workgroups in organization:
- Administrators - groups administrator's priviledges
- Team members - groups team member's priviledge
- Visitors - group allowed to browse organization's resources.
Obviously you can create other workgroups to develop more structured security.
Choose workgroup and then:
- click Assign workgroup to users to assign some users to selected workgroup
- click Assign priviledges to workgroup to change the privileges set of this workgroup
Also you can choose privilege and then:
- click Assign priviledge to users to assign directly privilege to user
- click Assign priviledge to workgroups to choose workgroups which the privilege belongs to (mirrored functionality of workgroup side)
