Resources are building blocks of Sites. Many types of resources exist (see Resource class). Certain types of resources are grouped together in tree structures (most notably Pages). Other resources are grouped as unordered or ordered lists attached to a common parent resource of a specific type.
A number of Privileges may be available for assignment on a specific Resource. Usually only a few of resource in the site need to have Privileges created, thanks to Privilege inheritance. The user in Site administrator role may create and delete privileges for a particural resource as needed. The privileges that may be created are specified by Privilege templates associated with the resource's Resource class.
