Description
In systems intended for intranet use, user account creation is reserved to the System administrator role.
In the public websites that support user registration the anonymous user should be able to create an account for himself without any human interaction. After clicking a link dispalyed in the Login portlet the user is taken to a screen where he is requested to enter Personal information. The System administrator decides if the user needs to control a valid mailbox in order to activate the account. If yes, Email verification is performed.
