WeakHashMap does not work as expected if the value object refers to the key object (possibly indirectly) through hard references. In this situation the key object cannot be collected.

abstract EntityRef and ResourceRef helper object providing WeakReference / id handle, reloading resource from the store upon request if the object got collected.

fixed two classes that were defeating LRU cache on resources by entangling them in hard reference chains in CoralRegistry WeakHashMap caches: ResourceImpl and PermissionAssignmentImpl
