Description

in the old build system, javacc support as used by ledge & coral was provided by maven-ledge-plugin, because stock maven1 javacc plugin was inadequate.
Investigate, then configure stock plugin or look into imlemenging ledge-maven2-javacc-plugin

The plugin is quite good actually, but incompatible with our source layout. I was able to patch it up to do my bidding though.
Need to get in touch with the developers and sell my ideas upstream.

plugin release 2.5 appears to do the right thing with our source layout without any additional meddling
